Sphere of Validity of the Pricelist
The prices stated in our pricelists are valid in the economic area of the EU (European Union) and in the remaining foreign countries.
On deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany the legal VAT will be added; currently 19 %.
On delivery to foreign countries in Europe and if a valid sales tax identification number exists, the merchandise will be delivered by us without sales tax (tax free in-common deliveries).
In countries outside of the EU the tax fees and perhaps other legal taxes are to be paid by the customer (recipient).
The deliveries are made on risk and at the expenses of the client ex our works in Berlin; the customer (recipient) will be charged with the actual packaging and freight charges.
